- Develop and lead the Americas talent mobility strategy for BlackRock, in alignment with the overall company objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to identify and anticipate talent mobility needs for the Americas region.
- Design and implement innovative and effective talent mobility programs and initiatives that support the development and growth of employees.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners, to ensure successful execution of talent mobility programs.
- Monitor and analyze talent data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for talent mobility strategy.
- Manage and oversee the budget for talent mobility programs and initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent mobility to continuously enhance and improve BlackRock's talent mobility offerings.
- Lead and develop a team of talent mobility professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in driving talent mobility initiatives.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by ensuring the talent mobility strategy and programs prioritize diversity and inclusivity.
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for talent mobility within the organization, promoting the value and importance of talent mobility for employee development and retention.
- Collaborate with the global talent mobility team to ensure consistency and alignment of talent mobility strategies and programs across regions.
- Represent BlackRock at industry events and conferences, promoting our talent mobility initiatives and sharing insights and best practices.
