  1. Develop and lead the Americas talent mobility strategy for BlackRock, in alignment with the overall company objectives and goals.
  2. Collaborate with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to identify and anticipate talent mobility needs for the Americas region.
  3. Design and implement innovative and effective talent mobility programs and initiatives that support the development and growth of employees.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners, to ensure successful execution of talent mobility programs.
  5. Monitor and analyze talent data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for talent mobility strategy.
  6. Manage and oversee the budget for talent mobility programs and initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent mobility to continuously enhance and improve BlackRock's talent mobility offerings.
  8. Lead and develop a team of talent mobility professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in driving talent mobility initiatives.
  9. Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by ensuring the talent mobility strategy and programs prioritize diversity and inclusivity.
  10. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for talent mobility within the organization, promoting the value and importance of talent mobility for employee development and retention.
  11. Collaborate with the global talent mobility team to ensure consistency and alignment of talent mobility strategies and programs across regions.
  12. Represent BlackRock at industry events and conferences, promoting our talent mobility initiatives and sharing insights and best practices.

Job Qualifications
