Beautiful art filled palace. Every room was more beautiful than the other one. A must visit when in Florence. It took us about 2 hours to finish the entire palace. It has nice exhibits and a nice gift shop that’s filled with nice stuff. Must visit to see the rest of the amazing art and painted ceilings, 9.99/10.

This is one of the nicest museums I’ve visited in a long time, it has a very large collection on display. Which is very well preserved and organized. It has lot so amazing antiques, artworks, porcelain, ivory carvings and much more. It was lots of fun and very interesting. It’s very educational and interesting, I really enjoyed my time here and I would definitely recommend citing this message with family or friends.

Amazing museum, next to Boboli Gardens, if you get 5 day pass, is included in the ticket. I loved this place more than Uffizi museum, also run out of time to check completely whole place, definitely worth a visit

The Pitti Palace is a stunning and beautiful place to visit in Florence. The palace interior is so beautiful and has many paintings, furniture and amazing ceilings and walls to see. Interesting to see how people used to live in the past.Be sure to venture out to the gardens they are stunning and brings a whole new level to the palace. The garden grounds are huge so dedicate plenty of time to explore it all and enjoy the views of the city. Great shots of the Cathedral dome!!

If you thought the Ufizzi Gallery is overwhelming, then Palazzo Pitti which make your head spin. Several hours or days are needed to really go through this former Medici palazzo. If you only have a couple of hours, focus on the Palatine Gallery and Royal Apartments. Unfortunately the Royal Apartments were being restored when we visited. Beautiful and totally lavish frescoes and artwork return supreme. Absolutely beautiful and mind blowing as to how much this cost to build and furnish. Worth a visit!

The staff was very kind and let us enter after our entry time due to a misunderstanding. The Palace its very very beautiful, with many art pieces, worth the visiting.Not all the rooms have ac, so you can have a bit of a hard time in the summer.All the elevators we're disabled, so you have to go through a LOT of stairs (my leg was injured and I didn't expected that)It's a pity that they charge you other 10€ just to see the gardens, apart from the main ticket, wich in my opinion turn the experience a little pricey.

It is really a big exhibition. So many art. But it is impressive. I think it takes around 2 h. You will see modern art as well as really old stuff. A lot of paintings surrounded by sculptures. There was lao a little exhibition about evolution of clothes which I liked very much.A combined ticket with Boboli Garden costs 22 EUR which is worth it. If you are interested in nature, architecture and classic art - this is a place to go to.

The palace itself is big with many amazing rooms and full of paintings from floor to ceiling. We spent 1.5 hours exploring the Boboli gardens and then 1.5 hours exploring the Palazzo. We could not take Audio Guides which is unfortunate because we had spent a big amount of time reading the plaques instead. But It was very nice overall. There’s a cafe in the courtyard.

Amazing place!! Just going to the palace was 10€ and the garden was between 15-20€. Worth every penny. It is amazing the amount of detail that went into each room. All paintings are original and there are even originals from Raffaello and Dante there. Easy recommended!!

This museum is also worth a visit. I really enjoy at great artwork that takes you over and over again. Excellent.

Bought the combo ticket with gardens and for me it was worth seeing while in Florence. We had somewhat limited time to spend, but we enjoyed wandering the extravagant halls full of framed art and ceiling murals. I didn't realize the ticket included BOTH gardens I wanted to see that day (Boboli and Bardini), and was happy I didn't have to repay at Bardini. Nice to pass through and get a glimpse into this Medici home. The costume and apartment sections were closed when we went, which was noted on their website.

Lots of well preserved history in one place along with fantastic gardens that’s worth the extra ticket price. You can really make a whole morning of it. Be prepared to walk when you get to the gardens, you’ll be rewarded with wonderful views on a clear day of Florence and surrounds hills.

Standing as a significant member of history in Florence. The Pitti Palace houses, a diverse and well preserved collection of works from well known masters of the renaissance. However, aside from all of the magnificent paintings it is also worth admiring all of the interior decors that were implemented in each room. If you aren’t wary of time, you can possibly spend your whole day inside admiring all of the works. The lower floors are also worth checking out. As they are filled with intricate daily utensils that showcases the craftsmanships of the time.

Amazing, must see place. Make sure to buy your tickets a day before so you don’t have to wait in line for 30 to 40 minutes on the general public sale on the day off! 😅 But well worth it. I got the tour of the museum and the garden. Both awesome choices.

Very impressive collection of renaissance paintings ,The paintings are still decorating the walls in the way they were displayed 400 years ago.More at than you can possible orders in a day, but it's well worth the trip. Amazing rooms, paintings, statues, and artifacts of the Medician era. Gorgeous and interesting. One exhibit shows the prices of restoring a Rafael painting. So phenomenal!The gardens are also beautiful!

An excellent and exquisite palace to visit! Unlike the Versailles in Paris, many beautiful paintings (and costumes) are displayed in the numerous rooms (or salas).. so that we can enjoy the art as well as the building. A very good experience!

Beautiful museum filled not only with amazing paintings but also with decor objects and beautifully painted walls. Great way to spend a rainy afternoon.

Like so much of Florence, the sheer amount of art on offer is staggering!The reason for only giving 3 stars was due to so many of the rooms being closed during our visit. This meant that we couldn’t see the place as a residence, only as an art gallery. Which was a great pity.Note: be warned that the staff here are exceptionally rude!

Consider almost an entire day to fully enjoy this place and all the wonderful collections it offers… the palace itself is so beautiful, the gardens are very large and also offers many magnificent views and atmosphere…. Absolutely stunning

Beautiful palace! We saw the costume exhibit, which was great, and a surprising amount of art from the Impressionist period. If you go, be sure to include Boboli Gardens and allow time to wander.
