You can update, reorder, remove, or nickname debit cards, credit cards, and other payment methods that you added to Google Wallet.
Edit a payment method
You can’t edit a payment method in the Google Wallet app, but you can edit the payment method online.
You can edit the expiration date, the card verification code (CVC), the name on the account, or your address. If you can’t update your name or address, contact support.
If a card you saved to Google Wallet is lost, damaged, stolen, or expired, your bank may automatically update it in the app once they create your new card. When your card is updated in Google Wallet, you can use it for tap to pay transactions on your device, even if you don't have your physical card yet.
Tip: For online payments, you may need to update your info on your Google Account when you get your physical card.
Reorder your payment methods
To change the order that your payment cards appear in your wallet:
Open the Google Wallet app .
At the top, from the right edge of the screen, swipe left to scroll through your payment methods until you get to the last one.
Tap Edit card order .
To change the order: Touch and hold, then drag a card.
Cards at the top of the list will appear first in Google Wallet.
Open the Google Wallet app. Navigate to the card you'd like to remove and tap it. Tap the three-dot button in the upper-right corner. Tap Remove payment method from the drop-down menu.

Open the Google Wallet app . At the top, on your payment methods, swipe from the right edge of the screen to left until you get to the last one. Tap Edit card order .
If you have only one payment method on the Google payments profile that is linked to your Cloud Billing account, you won't be able to remove it. If you want to remove a payment method, you need to add another payment method first. You cannot remove a payment method marked as the Primary method of payment.
Google Wallet allows consumers to hold a wallet balance, send and receive money from friends in the United States, and use a plastic card in stores and online. Google Pay allows users to tap and pay in stores and use/redeem loyalty cards, gift cards, and offers in store.
Google play services for Wallet may use device permissions, such as: Location may be accessed to protect the digital payments and verify the transactions.
For an Android phone, open the Google Pay app and tap Menu > Payment methods at the top left. Tap the card you want to remove, then tap More > Remove payment method at the top right. For a smartwatch, open the Google Pay app and tap the card you want to remove. From the bottom, swipe up on More and tap Remove.
You can add the card again with the app. Wallet automatically adds loyalty cards from your Gmail inbox when you have the Smart features and personalization in other Google products control turned on.
