How many people does American Airlines Center seat for concerts? ›

American Airlines Center / Capacity

Purses no larger than 14''x14''x6'' will be allowed at designated X-ray entry points. No backpack or large totes allowed. Medical bags and parenting bags are also permitted. All permitted bags are subject to security inspection.

Your seats

You can choose a specific seat at any time for a fee. AAdvantage^® members can choose complimentary seats based on their status. Otherwise, seats will be automatically assigned for free at check-in. We cannot guarantee that companions on the same ticket will be seated together.

American Airlines premium economy seats

American installed Collins Aerospace MiQ seats that are a bit wider (around 18.5-19 inches) than its economy seats (around 16-18 inches). Premium seats also have around 38 inches of pitch compared to around 31-32 inches in economy.

Seating layout. Airline cabins are frequently classified as narrow-body if there is a single aisle with seats on either side, or wide-body if there are two aisles with a block of seats between them in addition to the seats on the side. The number of seats abreast is affected by the aircraft width.

Row A will be at the bottom/first row in a section and will continue through the alphabet. Row AA is after Row Z at the top/last row in a section. Seat numbers will start with Seat 1 on the right side if you are sitting in the section and facing the stage.

Outside food and beverage are not allowed into the American Airlines Center, we do have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available.

There are limitations for travelling with liquids, aerosols, and gels (LAGs) in your carry-on bag. You are allowed to bring these items in your carry-on bag as long as: The size of each LAG container does not exceed 3.4oz (100ml). The limit is 1 (one) liter and 10 containers per passenger.

The lower level sideline sections have 18 seats per row, and there are between 15 and 19 seats per row in the upper level sideline sections. The corner and goaline sections in both levels have seat numbers that vary depending on the width of the section.
